Buying exosomes wholesale for San Antonio practices
A San Antonio practice with a verified wholesale account can buy biomolecular signaling vesicles (exosomes) by the lot for topical aesthetic use by licensed practitioners; every carton leaves Florida frozen on dry ice and heads west into Bexar County. Prescribers in the city have a second route as well: an individual patient prescription can go to our 503A compounding pharmacy partner, which prepares, dispenses and ships each preparation from within Texas.

When an order reaches a San Antonio practice
Every San Antonio lot of exosome material is packed frozen in Florida and moves on the Texas carrier route; the panel near the top of this page gives its transit window. A compounded prescription never shares that box. The pharmacy partner fills each one on its own and mails it from inside Texas to the prescribing office or to the patient, by whichever shipping method the formulation calls for.
April is the month to watch downtown. Bexar County describes the Battle of Flowers Parade as the oldest event and largest parade of Fiesta San Antonio, drawing crowds of more than 350,000, and closes its offices for it on Friday 23 April 2027. For the 2026 parade, the judges of the federal San Antonio Division closed their downtown courthouse for the day, citing street closures and traffic and noting that schools, businesses and Bexar County offices close for the parade too.
Freezing weather is rare here, yet it halts traffic when it arrives. San Antonio International measured 1.2 inches of snow on 14 February 2021 and 2.5 inches the next day, when the low fell to 9°F, and daily highs stayed at or below 32°F from the 13th through the 16th. Nothing placed is paused on our side; a carton already moving waits with the carrier until roads reopen, so an office expecting to close orders once it is open again.
Cold-chain receiving at a San Antonio address
August sets the receiving risk in San Antonio. The airport's normal high that month is 96.0°F, it averages 28.8 August days at 90°F or warmer, and in 2023 it hit 106°F on five separate days, so a shipper parked in a van or on an open dock through the afternoon spends its dry ice quickly. A small shut storeroom is no better a waiting spot, because the vapor from dry ice raises carbon dioxide in still air.
Power is the next check. CPS Energy, acquired by the City of San Antonio in 1942, posts outages on its online map, and after any storm a practice confirms its freezer held temperature before placing an order. The signer named on the account opens the carton, checks that dry ice remains, records the arrival time beside the lot code and moves the vials into frozen storage. The manufacturer's handling guidance calls for -20°C over the longer term and 4°C once a vial has thawed.
Rules that apply to a San Antonio order
- The City of San Antonio requires a certificate of occupancy for every business, and Development Services issues it only after the building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire inspections pass; no structure may be used or occupied before then. A practice moving into a space where a different type of business operated needs a new certificate, while a contractor can ask for a temporary one covering finished, safe portions of a building. A new San Antonio suite joins the account once one of those certificates exists.
- A practice trading under an assumed name without an incorporated entity records it with the Bexar County Clerk in the Paul Elizondo Tower at 101 W. Nueva, for $13 with one owner plus $0.50 for each added owner. The certificate must be notarized, or acknowledged by a deputy clerk for $1, before the Clerk will record it, and the County points businesses to the City of San Antonio to learn whether a business license is also needed.
- AlertSA and REAN are used only for imminent threats to health and safety, reaching subscribers by phone, text or email, and a practice can register its workplace as a separate location from a home. Those notices, rather than the carrier, are how a San Antonio office learns when it is safe to open the door for a delivery.
Places near San Antonio with their own rules
Alamo Heights has governed itself since 20 June 1922, when residents voted to petition the Bexar County judge for a city government rather than face annexation. Its city offices at 6116 Broadway carry a San Antonio mailing address, yet a suite there applies to the Alamo Heights Community Development Services Department for its certificate of occupancy, which issues only after every other permit, fee and building inspection is complete. Austin and Houston share the Texas route with San Antonio, and each keeps its own page.
San Antonio questions
- Our San Antonio office sits near the Battle of Flowers route downtown. Should we accept a delivery on parade day?
- Better to avoid it. The parade runs on Friday 23 April 2027, and for the 2026 parade the federal courthouse downtown closed for the day over street closures and traffic, with schools, businesses and Bexar County offices shutting as well. Placed orders keep moving, so fill the freezer earlier that week or set arrival for Monday 26 April, after the parade.
- Our practice is in Alamo Heights, but the mailing address reads San Antonio. Whose certificate of occupancy do we need?
- The certificate comes from the city the suite actually stands in. Alamo Heights is a separate municipality, and its Community Development Services Department at 6116 Broadway takes applications for a new tenant, a new owner or a new business name. Tell us the municipality along with the street and suite number, and we keep it on the account next to the person who signs for cartons.
- Snow and ice shut San Antonio roads while our carton was in transit. What happens to it?
- It stays inside the carrier network until Bexar County roads are passable again, while our team follows each scan and phones the contact your practice listed. If it reaches you with the dry ice fully gone, we ship a replacement lot. Other late arrivals are reviewed for a refund on a single question: whether the exosome material held its cold chain from dispatch to signature.
