Our Commitment

ExaVeyra Sciences is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to improve the experience for everyone and to apply recognised accessibility standards, so that our website, telehealth platform and partner portals are usable by the widest possible audience, including people who use screen readers, magnification, voice recognition or alternative input devices.

Conformance Status

ExaVeyra.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the standard. We publish this status rather than a blanket claim of conformance because an accessibility statement is only useful to you if it is accurate.

Our most recent internal review was completed on 16 August 2026. It was a manual expert review against the Level AA success criteria rather than a third-party audit, and the issues it found are listed below.

Accessibility Features

Everything listed here is in place today.

• Skip link: the first element a keyboard reaches on every page jumps past the header and navigation to the main content.
• Semantic structure: headings, landmark elements such as main, nav and footer, and ARIA roles where a native element does not exist.
• Keyboard focus: a visible focus indicator on interactive elements, with an enhanced high-visibility ring available in the preferences panel.
• Alternative text: images carry descriptive alt attributes, and decorative images use an empty alt so screen readers skip them.
• Accessibility preferences panel: high contrast, inverted and greyscale colour, text size to 200 percent, letter, word and line spacing, a dyslexia-friendly font, link and heading highlighting, reduced motion, a large cursor and a narrower reading column. Your choices are saved in your browser and apply across the site.
• Reduced motion: several animations respect the operating system reduced-motion setting, and all CSS animation can be stopped from the preferences panel.

The preferences panel is a presentation tool. It does not make the site conformant on its own, and we do not present it as doing so. Conformance comes from the markup, contrast and keyboard behaviour underneath, which is where we fix problems.

Known Limitations

These are the issues our August 2026 review identified. We are working through them and will update this list as each is resolved.

• Text sizing is partial. The text size control scales most of the site, but some copy is set in fixed pixel units and does not grow with it. Browser zoom works on all content in the meantime.
• Some motion is not covered. Animations driven by JavaScript, including the background lattice and the homepage carousel, do not yet respond to the operating system reduced-motion setting. The Stop All Animations control in the preferences panel does not reach them either.
• Non-text contrast falls short in places. Some borders and dividers do not meet the 3:1 ratio that WCAG 1.4.11 requires for user interface components.
• Focus indicators vary. Some controls replace the default focus outline with a ring that is lower contrast than it should be against its surrounding surface.
• Screen reader coverage is incomplete. We test with VoiceOver. We have not completed a full pass with NVDA or JAWS.
• Documents and media. Some downloadable documents are not fully accessible, and video content may lack captions.
• Third-party code. Embedded analytics, payment and chat components are outside our direct control and may introduce barriers.

How We Evaluate

Accessibility is checked in three ways, and we are explicit about which of them are automated today.

• Automated tests: our end-to-end suite asserts that the skip link is the first thing a keyboard reaches, and that every setting in the preferences panel leaves the page readable and the panel itself reachable.
• Manual review: keyboard-only navigation, VoiceOver, and contrast measured against the rendered colours rather than the design file.
• In development: we are adding automated auditing across page templates so regressions are caught before release rather than after.

Feedback and Assistance

If you hit an accessibility barrier, or you need help using the site or our services, please tell us. Reports from people using assistive technology are the most useful information we get.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where we can, we will tell you what we are doing about it and when to expect a fix.

We review this statement whenever the known-issues list changes, and at least annually. The review date at the top of this page reflects the last time its claims were checked against the site.
