Our Commitment

ExaVeyra Sciences is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to improve the experience for everyone and to apply recognized accessibility standards, so that our website and partner portals are usable by the widest possible audience, including people who use screen readers, magnification, voice recognition or alternative input devices.

Conformance Status

ExaVeyra.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the standard. We publish this status rather than a blanket claim of conformance because an accessibility statement is only useful to you if it is accurate.

Our most recent internal review was completed on October 4, 2026. It was a manual expert review against the Level AA success criteria rather than a third-party audit, and the issues it found are listed below.

Accessibility Features

Everything listed here is in place today.

• Skip link: the first element a keyboard reaches on every page jumps past the header and navigation to the main content.
• Semantic structure: headings, landmark elements such as main, nav and footer, and ARIA roles where a native element does not exist.
• Alternative text: images carry descriptive alt attributes, and decorative images use an empty alt so screen readers skip them.
• Accessibility preferences panel: inverted and greyscale color, letter, word and line spacing, a readable sans-serif font (Arial), link and heading highlighting, a stop-animations setting, a large cursor, an enhanced focus ring and a narrower reading column. Your choices are saved in your browser and apply across the site. High contrast and text size are also in the panel; see Known Limitations below.
• Reduced motion: the homepage and product carousels stop advancing when your operating system asks for reduced motion or when Stop All Animations is on, and all CSS animation can be stopped from the preferences panel.

The preferences panel is a presentation tool. It does not make the site conformant on its own, and we do not present it as doing so. Conformance comes from the markup, contrast and keyboard behavior underneath, which is where we fix problems.

Known Limitations

These are the issues our August and October 2026 reviews identified. We are working through them and will update this list as each is resolved.

• High contrast is being re-tested. Our October 2026 review found that the high contrast setting painted white text on a white background on some page templates. The style rules have been corrected and are being checked across every template. Until that is complete, your operating system or browser high contrast mode is the more dependable option.
• Text sizing is partial. The text size control scales most of the site, but some copy is set in fixed pixel units and does not grow with it. At 200 percent, the October 2026 review found that the cookie banner could cover most of the screen and push the floating controls out of view. The banner and controls now stay within the screen, and that behavior is being re-tested. Browser zoom works on all content in the meantime.
• Some motion is not covered. JavaScript-driven effects other than the homepage and product carousels may not respond to the operating system reduced-motion setting or to Stop All Animations.
• Non-text contrast on controls, resolved 2026-09-10. Text fields, selects, checkboxes and bordered buttons now use a border that measures at least 3:1 against every surface it sits on, which is what WCAG 1.4.11 asks of user interface components. Decorative dividers remain quieter than that by design; 1.4.11 does not apply to them.
• Focus indicators vary. Links, buttons and form fields show a focus outline by default, and the preferences panel offers a thicker ring. Some controls still replace the default outline with a ring that is lower contrast than it should be against its surrounding surface, and until October 2026 the switches in the preferences panel showed no focus indicator at all.
• Screen reader coverage is incomplete. We test with VoiceOver. We have not completed a full pass with NVDA or JAWS.
• Documents and media. Some downloadable documents are not fully accessible, and video content may lack captions.
• Third-party code. Embedded analytics, payment and chat components are outside our direct control and may introduce barriers.

How We Evaluate

Accessibility is checked in three ways, and we are explicit about which of them are automated today.

• Automated tests: our end-to-end suite asserts that the skip link is the first thing a keyboard reaches, and that with each setting in the preferences panel switched on, sample body text keeps at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its painted background and the panel itself stays reachable. That check passed while high contrast was broken on some templates, because it treated an unpainted background as black; since October 2026 it fails when no background is painted.
• Manual review: keyboard-only navigation, VoiceOver, and contrast measured against the rendered colors rather than the design file.
• Automated audits: since 2026-09-10 the axe-core engine runs the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rule set against 42 routes on every deployment, covering every page template on the site, and a serious or critical finding blocks the release. Automated rules cover roughly a third of WCAG, so a clean run is a floor rather than a conformance claim.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where we can, we will tell you what we are doing about it and when to expect a fix.
