How do I know if a practitioner is available where I live?
Tell us your state and we will check. Availability depends on where a practitioner holds a licence and on the rules in that state, both of which change, so we confirm case by case rather than publishing a map that would go stale.
Is this a telehealth consultation or an in-person visit?
Either, depending on your state and what you prefer. Some practitioners see patients in person, others consult by secure video. Say which you would prefer in the form and we will factor it in.
What happens after I submit the form?
A member of our team reviews the request and comes back within one to two business days, either with a practitioner who can see you or with an honest answer that we cannot cover your area yet.
Does ExaVeyra provide medical care?
No. ExaVeyra Sciences is a supplier to licensed practices. We do not diagnose, prescribe or provide treatment, and we are not a substitute for your own clinician. Any care you receive is provided by an independently licensed practitioner who is responsible for their own clinical decisions.
Is there a fee to be connected with a practitioner?
No. We do not charge you and we do not receive a fee from the practitioner for a referral. Any cost of care is set by the practice you choose to see.
