503A Small-Molecule Formulary for Prescribing Practices

This formulary is for licensed prescribers. ExaVeyra refers practices to its 503A pharmacy partner, which dispenses NAD+, hormones, vitamins and other compounded small-molecule preparations on a patient-specific prescription in the states it is licensed to ship into. Each preparation's supplier documentation is reviewed by an organic chemist, and a certificate of analysis is available on request. Practices can apply or ask a question without an NPI; verification unlocks the full formulary with strengths, fills and beyond-use dates.

The shipped catalog is not the whole formulary

The compounding partner maintains a broader 503A formulary with per-unit pricing, restricted to licensed healthcare providers. Verified practices can request access.

Practitioner Reserve Collection

Beyond the public library, approved practices see a reserve of compounded formulations with full specifications, beyond-use dates and lot documentation, inside the practitioner portal.

Verify your clinic to access

The collection opens in your practitioner portal once your NPI and license are verified and our team approves your practice. Compounded preparations are dispensed by our 503A pharmacy partner on a patient-specific prescription.

What Are Bioactive Small Molecules?

Bioactive small molecules are low-molecular-weight compounds that interact directly with biological systems at the cellular and subcellular level. Unlike large biologics such as proteins or antibodies, small molecules can cross cell membranes and engage intracellular targets, making them powerful tools for modulating cellular energy, redox balance, and metabolic function.

In regenerative and longevity medicine, small molecules like NAD+ precursors, coenzymes and vitamins are widely studied. Their mechanisms are well-characterized in the biochemical literature, and prescribers weigh the published evidence for each compound within their own clinical judgment.

ExaVeyra's small molecule catalog is curated by our founder, an M.Sc. organic chemist, who evaluates every product against its underlying chemistry, manufacturing methodology, and analytical data. We supply only formulations that meet our documentation and purity standards, compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy against individual prescriptions.

Organic Chemist-Verified: Every small molecule in the ExaVeyra catalog is reviewed by our founder, Benn, an M.Sc. organic chemist with expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, and biochemistry. We go beyond COA review to evaluate the chemistry itself.

Practices We Supply

Licensed practices order these formulations for protocols their own prescribers design. We provide the formulation and its lot documentation.

Longevity and Wellness Practices

NAD+ and compounded hormones, prepared against an individual prescription, with the certificate of analysis for every lot.

IV Therapy Practices

Injectable NAD+, ascorbic acid and B vitamins in the vial sizes and concentrations the pharmacy lists.

Integrative Medicine Practices

Ascorbic acid, magnesium and vitamin preparations, supplied with lot documentation for the prescriber's own protocol.

Aesthetic Practices

Topical anesthetics, minoxidil scalp solutions and ketoconazole and methylene blue creams, compounded against an individual prescription.

Functional Medicine Practices

NAD+, methylcobalamin and B-complex preparations, each lot with its certificate of analysis and beyond-use date.

Licensed 503A Pharmacy, Chemist-Reviewed Documentation

All ExaVeyra small molecule formulations are prepared by a 503A pharmacy licensed by its state Board of Pharmacy, against a valid prescription for an individual patient. ExaVeyra does not work with a 503B outsourcing facility. A manufacturer certificate of analysis covering purity, potency, and sterility is available on request. Lot tracking is available for every batch to support your practice's compliance requirements.

Our sourcing process is reviewed by an M.Sc. organic chemist who evaluates the analytical methodology behind each preparation's release documentation, including HPLC, mass spectrometry and endotoxin testing.

503A Pharmacy Sourcing

Prepared by a 503A pharmacy licensed by its state Board of Pharmacy, with documented quality systems.

Release Documentation

The pharmacy documents purity, potency and, for sterile preparations, sterility results for each lot, and our chemist reviews the methods behind them.

Beyond-Use Dating

Each preparation carries the pharmacy's beyond-use date, set from stability data for that formulation and printed on its label.

ExaVeyra exists to simplify access to biologics, molecules and medical devices through one point of contact, so a practice runs one account rather than three.

  • Every formulary page is checked by a chemist. ExaVeyra was founded by an M.Sc. organic chemist, and specification data is verified against the source catalog rather than reproduced from a vendor sheet.
  • One verified account covers biologics, 503A compounded formulations and devices, with a single account manager rather than a separate vendor relationship for each.

The pages on this site list a representative selection. Verified practitioners receive the complete named formulary, current pricing, available strengths and formats, and the identity and credentials of the compounding pharmacy that prepares each preparation.

Access requires a valid NPI. Compounded formulations are prepared by our 503A pharmacy partner, a compounding pharmacy licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. We verify the number against the national registry, and our team reviews each practice before releasing the formulary, which is why pricing is not published openly: these are prescription preparations supplied to licensed practices rather than consumer products.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Preparations are dispensed against a prescription for a named patient. Nothing on this page is medical advice or a recommendation for any patient.

Small-Molecule Formulary FAQ

How do medical practices order compounded formulations through ExaVeyra?
ExaVeyra refers licensed prescribers to our 503A pharmacy partner. A licensed prescriber creates a portal account and verifies their NPI, and our team reviews the practice before releasing the formulary and pricing. Each preparation is then compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy against a valid prescription for an individual patient. ExaVeyra does not hold or resell compounded preparations.
What quality documentation comes with a compounded formulation?
A certificate of analysis covering purity, potency and, for sterile preparations, sterility is available on request for every lot, together with the lot number. Our organic chemist reviews the documentation before a formulation is added to the formulary.
Are compounded formulations sourced compliantly?
Each preparation is compounded by a 503A pharmacy licensed by its state Board of Pharmacy, against a valid prescription for an individual patient, with documentation that supports your practice's recordkeeping. Practitioners prescribe within their own scope and regulatory obligations. Our team can walk your practice through how the service works before your first prescription.
What formats are available?
Depending on the compound, the pharmacy prepares injectable, capsule, tablet, troche, cream and solution formats. Strengths, fill volumes and beyond-use dates for each preparation are listed in the formulary released to verified practices.
How are compounded preparations shipped and stored?
The dispensing 503A pharmacy ships each prescription in temperature-controlled, lot-tracked packaging, with the storage conditions and beyond-use date on the label. ExaVeyra does not hold compounded preparations.
