Regulatory notice
Exosome material. No exosome product is approved, cleared or licensed by the FDA for any use in humans, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Kimera exosome material is supplied to NPI-verified licensed practitioners for topical aesthetic use on the skin surface, including after procedures, as labeled by the manufacturer, and for laboratory research and clinical research conducted under an FDA investigational new drug application. It is not supplied for injection, infusion, inhalation, intranasal, ophthalmic or any other route into the body, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. Whether, how and in what setting it is used, and whether that use complies with scope of practice and state law, is the licensed practitioner’s responsibility. ExaVeyra Sciences is a supplier: it does not provide medical care, does not consult with patients and takes no part in clinical decisions. Research summaries describe published studies and are not claims about any product.
Compounded preparations. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed. Each preparation is compounded and dispensed by our 503A pharmacy partner, licensed by its state Board of Pharmacy, on a patient-specific prescription from a licensed prescriber; ExaVeyra Sciences does not compound, dispense or prescribe. ExaVeyra makes no claim that any preparation is safe or effective for any condition. Availability depends on the pharmacy’s license in the destination state and on whether the substance may be compounded under federal and state law. Prescribing, patient selection and scope of practice are the responsibility of the licensed prescriber. ExaVeyra Sciences is a supplier: it does not provide medical care, does not consult with patients and takes no part in clinical decisions.
Built for Personalized Practice Models
Concierge MDs and DPC practices can coordinate procurement around patient-specific needs, available state coverage, and pharmacy partner requirements.
Supply Chain Transparency for Concierge Medicine Practices
Why concierge patients ask better questions
Concierge medicine patients are typically well-informed, research-oriented, and accustomed to detailed explanations. When a concierge MD prescribes a compounded peptide or recommends a biologic protocol, patients often ask where the compound came from, how it was tested, and what the lot documentation shows. A supply chain that cannot produce this documentation on request creates a confidence gap in the patient relationship. ExaVeyra builds documentation packages that concierge MDs can reference when those questions come up.
Compounded preparations: what customization means
A 503A pharmacy can prepare a compound in the strength, dosage form and vehicle a prescriber specifies for an identified patient, where the substance is eligible for compounding and the destination state permits it. Each preparation carries its own release documentation, so certificates vary by prescription rather than by catalog item. ExaVeyra account managers help practices request that documentation from the pharmacy.
White-label supply: devices and post-procedure topicals only
White-label options apply to devices and post-procedure topicals only. Exosome material is supplied under the manufacturer's labeling, and compounded preparations carry the dispensing pharmacy's label, which by law names the preparation, strength, prescriber and patient.
Documentation as a competitive advantage
In the concierge medicine market, the ability to answer a patient question with a lot-specific COA, a manufacturer certificate of compliance, and a pharmacy partner credential is a differentiation point. Most concierge MDs cannot access this documentation from their current supply chain because distributors do not surface it proactively. ExaVeyra builds this documentation set into the standard account relationship. Approved accounts receive documentation access as part of onboarding, not after a special request.

Questions from Concierge and DPC Practices
What white-label options are available for concierge medicine practices?+
White-label options apply to devices and post-procedure topicals only. Exosome material is supplied under the manufacturer's labeling, and compounded preparations carry the pharmacy's label, which by law names the preparation, strength, dispensing pharmacy, prescriber and patient.
How does 503A patient-specific compounding work?+
Our 503A pharmacy partner prepares each preparation on a valid prescription for an identified patient, in a strength or dosage form not commercially available, and dispenses it to the patient or to the prescribing practice for that patient. Prescriptions go from the prescriber to the pharmacy, and each dispensed preparation carries the pharmacy's documentation.
What states are covered for concierge medicine supply?+
Our 503A pharmacy partner holds nonresident pharmacy licenses in 33 jurisdictions, including Puerto Rico, and availability also depends on the specific compound and dosage form. Coverage is confirmed during NPI-verified account onboarding.
What is the minimum order for concierge practices?+
Compounded preparations are dispensed by our 503A pharmacy partner on a patient-specific prescription, so there is no minimum order. Exosome formulations and devices carry their own case quantities, released after NPI verification.
How does ExaVeyra handle patient information?+
ExaVeyra does not receive patient information. Prescriptions go from the prescriber to the pharmacy, which handles patient data under its own HIPAA obligations. Practices remain responsible for their own HIPAA policies and clinical recordkeeping.
Can concierge practices get a dedicated account manager?+
Yes. All approved accounts receive a dedicated account manager who coordinates exosome formulations, devices and access to our 503A pharmacy partner, and who keeps track of the practice's state coverage and documentation requirements. Account managers are available by phone and email during business hours.
