Regulatory notice
Exosome material. No exosome product is approved, cleared or licensed by the FDA for any use in humans, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Exosome material is supplied to NPI-verified licensed practitioners for topical aesthetic use on the skin surface, including after procedures, as labeled by the manufacturer, and for laboratory research and clinical research conducted under an FDA investigational new drug application. It is not supplied for injection, infusion, inhalation, intranasal, ophthalmic or any other route into the body, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. Whether, how and in what setting it is used, and whether that use complies with scope of practice and state law, is the licensed practitioner’s responsibility. ExaVeyra Sciences is a supplier: it does not provide medical care, does not consult with patients and takes no part in clinical decisions. Research summaries describe published studies and are not claims about any product.

Supplying a Surgical Practice: What to Check Before You Stock
Exosome material is for healed skin only
Exosome material is supplied for topical aesthetic use by licensed practitioners on intact, healed skin. It is not supplied for incisions, broken skin or surgical sites, and no exosome product is FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Patient instructions should reflect that boundary.
Keep compounded and manufactured products in separate trails
A compounded preparation is dispensed for one named patient, so its record lives with that patient's prescription. Manufactured products such as devices and exosome vials are practice inventory, tracked by lot from receipt to use. Keeping the two trails apart makes an audit or a recall straightforward.
Check the safety panel before a lot enters inventory
The lot certificate should show sterility by direct inoculation, endotoxin and mycoplasma results, with methods named. Review it at receiving and file it under the lot number. A lot without its certificate stays in quarantine until the document arrives.
Log the receiving temperature
Exosome material arrives frozen in temperature-monitored packaging. Note the indicator status on the receiving log, then transfer the vials to -20°C storage; a vial taken out for use is kept at 4°C after it thaws. Report any indicator excursion to us before use.
Built for Clinical Record-Keeping
Surgical practices operate under rigorous documentation requirements. Every ExaVeyra shipment is designed to integrate with clinical records and compliance workflows.
HPLC, RNA quantification assay, NanoSight NTA characterization, sterility, mycoplasma, and endotoxin fully documented per lot.
Every shipment carries a unique lot number traceable back to manufacturing and QC records.
Mandatory sterility and mycoplasma testing on every production lot before release.
Temperature monitoring and cold-chain packaging validation documentation included with each delivery.

Recommended for Surgical Recovery Practices
Surgical practices order across three lines, each on an NPI-verified wholesale account. Lot numbers travel with every order, and certificates are available on request.
MSC-Derived Exosomes
Exosome material for aesthetic application to intact, healed skin, including skin over a fully healed surgical site. Each vial is lot-tracked from dispatch to your receiving log.
Bioactive Peptides
Compounded by our licensed pharmacy partner when your prescriber writes for an identified patient and the compound is eligible for compounding. Dispensed and documented separately from practice inventory.
CuraCator Applicator
A sterile, single-use, FDA-listed Class I applicator that spreads a liquid as an even layer on the skin after procedures.

Questions from Surgical Practices
How do practices focused on surgical recovery source regenerative products wholesale?+
A surgical practice applies with its NPI, and once verified it can order post-treatment topicals, devices and exosome material on one wholesale account. Prescriptions for compounded preparations go to our partner pharmacy for the named patient. Our compliance team can review sourcing with your practice before the first order.
What documentation comes with products for a surgical practice?+
Manufactured products carry lot numbers on every order, with a certificate of analysis on request; exosome certificates cover particle characterization, purity and the sterility, endotoxin and mycoplasma panel. Compounded preparations come with the pharmacy's dispensing records for each patient. Devices ship with their manufacturer documentation.
Can exosome material be used on surgical sites?+
No. Exosome material is supplied for topical aesthetic use by licensed practitioners on intact, healed skin, which can include skin over a fully healed surgical site. It is not supplied for incisions or broken skin, and no exosome product is FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
How are temperature-sensitive products shipped to surgical practices?+
Exosome material ships frozen from the manufacturing facility in temperature-monitored packaging, with lot numbers recorded at dispatch. Your receiving team logs the indicator, stores the vials at −20°C and keeps any thawed vial at 4°C, as the manufacturer's handling instructions specify. PRP kits and equipment ship separately with tracking.
Can a surgical practice order devices alongside exosome material?+
Yes. Post-treatment topicals, the CuraCator applicator and aesthetic devices sit on the same NPI-verified account as exosome material, and anyone can also buy the CuraCator on its own. Each item ships with its documentation and lot or serial number. Request the current catalog for models and wholesale pricing.
