Buying exosomes wholesale for Westchester County practices
Once its wholesale account is verified, a licensed practice anywhere in Westchester County, whether in White Plains, Scarsdale, Rye, Harrison, Bedford or Mount Kisco, can order biomolecular signaling vesicles (exosomes), sent frozen from Florida to its suite. Westchester prescribers, like others across New York, may also route an individual prescription to our 503A pharmacy partner, which compounds and dispenses each preparation and ships it from Texas.

When an order reaches a Westchester practice
Each frozen carton of exosome material leaves Florida for Westchester County and arrives within the transit window in the panel above. Compounded prescriptions take their own route: the pharmacy partner prepares, dispenses and ships each one from Texas, to the practice or to the patient.
Storms, and the power cuts that follow them, hold most Westchester deliveries. County Executive Ken Jenkins declared a countywide State of Emergency from 6 p.m. on Sunday 22 February 2026 ahead of heavy snow and high winds, urging residents to avoid travel into Monday. Heavy rain is the other risk. Under a Flash Flood Warning on 14 July 2025, the County urged residents to avoid all travel, the Bronx River Parkway closed in both directions and a downed tree shut the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway north of Bedford Road; on 1 September 2021 the Westchester County Airport gauge recorded 6.06 inches.
An order already placed keeps moving through bad weather. A carton the carrier cannot deliver waits in its network until roads and power return, so a suite expecting to close orders for arrival after it reopens.
Cold-chain receiving at a Westchester address
A Westchester suite may sit in a White Plains office building with a shared mailroom or behind a single street door in a village storefront. Either way, the account names the entrance the driver should use, the person who signs and the hours that person is on site.
The airport's normal July high is 83.2°F, yet it touched 98°F on 2 July 2026, so a shipper should never wait in a parked car or a closed mailroom, where sublimating dry ice adds carbon dioxide to the air. On arrival the signer confirms dry ice remains, notes the time and lot number, and freezes the vials at -20°C; thawed stock moves to 4°C, per the manufacturer's handling sheet. A backup freezer should be named in case the suite loses power. A carton delivered with its dry ice fully gone is replaced; refunds for other delays depend on whether the material stayed cold.
Rules that apply to a Westchester order
- A sole proprietor or partnership trading in Westchester under any name other than the owner's files a Business Certificate with the Westchester County Clerk, as section 130 of the New York General Business Law requires. The fee is $35, covering the $25 filing and two certified copies, and the Clerk's office is at 110 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard in White Plains.
- Certificates of occupancy come from the municipality. In the City of White Plains, no building may be occupied, and no occupancy classification changed, until the Commissioner of Building issues one, after the Building and Fire Departments have inspected all permitted work; in Scarsdale the village Building Department grants its own. A newly fitted Westchester suite joins the account as a delivery address once its certificate is in hand.
- Westchester reserves its emergency notification system for major disasters. The County is moving to a new alert platform, and for now a resident or worker asks to be added by email, listing a name, address, phone numbers and email.
Neighbors of Westchester across the state and city lines
Greenwich lies over the Connecticut line in Fairfield County, so a Greenwich sole proprietorship files a Trade Name Certificate with the Town Clerk at Town Hall on Field Point Road, then a Personal Property Declaration with the Assessor, under Connecticut rules rather than New York ones. Manhattan, south past the Bronx, answers to New York City agencies such as the Department of Buildings instead of a Westchester municipality. One account can list suites in each place, with every lot tied to the address that received it.
Westchester questions
- Our White Plains office is near the County Center. Do Bicycle Sundays on the Bronx River Parkway affect our deliveries?
- Only on the Sundays they run. In 2026 the County closed the parkway to cars from the Westchester County Center south to Scarsdale Road in Yonkers on set Sundays between 3 May and 4 October, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., or 8 a.m. to noon in June and July. Weekday deliveries are untouched, so tell us if a weekend arrival is ever expected and which entrance to use.
- A summer storm cut power to our Rye suite. What do we do with a frozen carton that arrives during the outage?
- Take it unopened to the backup freezer named on your account, then log the arrival time and how much dry ice is left. During severe weather the County asks everyone to keep emergency alert notifications turned on, so the signer hears of road closures early. If the dry ice is gone on arrival we replace the carton, and any other delay is judged by whether the material held temperature.
- We have offices in Scarsdale and in Greenwich. Does one set of local rules cover both?
- No. The Scarsdale office files any assumed name with the Westchester County Clerk and looks to the village Building Department for its certificate of occupancy, while the Greenwich office files its trade name with the Greenwich Town Clerk under Connecticut rules. Both can sit on one ExaVeyra account, and each lot is recorded against the address that signed for it.
