Buying exosomes wholesale for Washington DC practices
Licensed practices in every ward of the District of Columbia can open a verified wholesale account and order biomolecular signaling vesicles (exosomes), which leave Florida frozen and are handed to a carrier for Washington DC addresses. A DC prescriber may also send an individual prescription to our 503A pharmacy partner, which compounds that preparation, dispenses it and ships it from Texas.

When an order reaches a Washington DC practice
Exosome material is packed frozen in Florida and travels by carrier to the District, reaching a Washington DC suite inside the transit window shown in the panel above. A prescription sent to the pharmacy partner travels apart, dispensed and shipped from Texas to the practice or the patient.
Federal security events close more of downtown than most storms do. For the inauguration on 20 January 2025, a National Special Security Event led by the Secret Service, most roads inside a perimeter bounded by the Potomac, K Street NW, Second Street NE and SE and I-395 and I-695 were closed or limited to residents, with full closures from 12:01 a.m. that day until about 6 a.m. on 21 January. The Salute to America fireworks on 4 July 2026 carried the same designation, and MPD began shutting streets beside the Mall, 15th Street among them, on 28 June. For the Freedom 250 Grand Prix on 22 and 23 August 2026, Emergency No Parking signs stood on parts of Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenues from 1 August to 3 September.
Snow is the other hold. Mayor Bowser declared a Snow Emergency from noon on 24 January 2026 until 9:30 a.m. on 27 January, barring parking on snow emergency routes, and District government ran in a modified posture on 26 January. Placed orders are not paused for either; a carton in transit waits with the carrier until the closure lifts.
Cold-chain receiving at a Washington DC address
A downtown office building may route parcels through a loading dock or mailroom, while a rowhouse suite takes them at the street door. At the curb, DDOT commercial loading zones typically operate from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday, for up to two hours, paid by permit or the ParkMobile code on the sign, and a truck idling past three minutes can be ticketed. The account records the dock or door, the signer and that person's hours.
With a normal July high of 89.6°F at Reagan National, and 103°F on 4 July 2026, a shipper must not sit in a closed mailroom, where sublimating dry ice also builds up carbon dioxide. The signer checks that dry ice remains, logs the arrival time and lot number, and moves the vials to -20°C; thawed vials go to 4°C, following the manufacturer's handling sheet. The DC Public Service Commission tells District customers to report power outages to Pepco at 877-737-2662, so name a backup freezer for a blackout.
Rules that apply to a Washington DC order
- A practice working from a commercial address in the District needs a Basic Business License from the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection. DLCP requires a Certificate of Occupancy for that premises before the application, plus Clean Hands certification that no more than $1,000 is owed to the District. Licences run two or four years and can be renewed from ninety days before they expire.
- The Department of Buildings issues certificates of occupancy through its Certifi platform, and turning a space to a different legal use takes a Use Change certificate and a building permit. A converted Washington DC suite is added as a delivery address once that certificate is issued.
- During large events the District adds text keywords to AlertDC, DCINAUG for the 2025 inauguration and DC250 for the 2026 summer celebrations, each sent to 888-777, which carry road closures as they change.
Maryland and Virginia suburbs beside Washington DC
Bethesda and Chevy Chase sit in Montgomery County, Maryland, which sends Alert Montgomery notices by text, email or voice, and Arlington County lies across the Potomac in Virginia, where Arlington Alert covers traffic, weather and major events. An Arlington business registers with the Commissioner of Revenue within 75 days of opening and files a business license return each March. The pharmacy partner's Maryland and Virginia licences are still pending, so no compounded preparation is offered to a Bethesda, Chevy Chase or Arlington address, and suites there receive exosome material alone.
Washington DC questions
- Our Penn Quarter office sat inside the 2025 inauguration perimeter. How should we order around a security event in Washington DC?
- Read the closure notices MPD publishes before each National Special Security Event and order so frozen stock is on your shelf before fencing goes up. In 2025, roads inside the zone bounded by K Street NW and the Potomac were closed or restricted from 20 January until about 6 a.m. the next day. Placed orders are not held, so a carton caught outside the perimeter stays with the carrier until streets reopen.
- Our Dupont Circle practice is in a rowhouse with no loading dock. Where does the driver stop with a frozen carton?
- Usually in a DDOT commercial loading zone, where a vehicle may stay for the posted limit, typically two hours, but may not idle beyond three minutes. Give us the street door, the floor and the name of a signer who will meet the driver and put the vials straight into a freezer, along with any weekdays when nobody is in.
- We run one office in Washington DC and another in Bethesda. Can both offices use the pharmacy partner?
- Only the DC office for now. A District prescriber may send an individual prescription to our pharmacy partner, which compounds, dispenses and ships it from Texas, but the partner's Maryland licence is pending, so nothing compounded goes to Bethesda yet. Both suites can receive exosome material, and each lot is logged against the address that signed for it.
