Buying exosomes wholesale for San Juan and Condado practices

San Juan practices with a verified wholesale account, from Condado and Santurce to Hato Rey and Río Piedras, can order biomolecular signaling vesicles (exosomes) for topical aesthetic use by licensed practitioners, packed frozen in Florida and flown to the island before the last miles to the Municipio de San Juan. Our 503A pharmacy partner is licensed to dispense into Puerto Rico, so a prescriber in San Juan may send it individual prescriptions, which it compounds and ships from Texas apart from any exosome carton.

When an order reaches a San Juan practice

A frozen carton leaves Florida, crosses to Puerto Rico by air and reaches a Condado or Hato Rey suite inside the transit window in the panel above. The flight is the step that storms move. When Hurricane Erin passed a little over 100 nautical miles north of the island on 17 August 2025, Luis Muñoz Marín International gusted to 39 knots and logged 2.09 inches of rain over 16 and 17 August, and a watch or warning from NWS San Juan can hold air cargo for the San Juan region before the ground leg starts.

On the ground, the expressways into San Juan carry state work zones. The Autoridad de Carreteras y Transportación closed the right lane of PR-52, the Luis A. Ferré expressway, between kilometres 3.4 and 2.5 toward San Juan from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on 21 to 25 April 2025 for a sound barrier, leaving two lanes open, and it posts these closures on the DTOP news page.

Heat sets the pace once a carton is on the truck. Highs at the airport reached 95°F on 25 and 26 September 2026 with lows of 79°F, so a practice should have someone ready to sign as soon as the driver arrives. For San Juan, compounded preparations leave Texas on a route of their own, prepared per prescription by the pharmacy partner and addressed to the clinic or the patient.

Cold-chain receiving at a San Juan address

In a Condado tower or a Hato Rey office building, tell us whether the carton goes to a loading area or a lobby desk, and name the person who will carry it upstairs. A San Juan freezer is the weak point when the grid fails: the 16 April 2025 blackout reached every electric customer on the island, and the Negociado para el Manejo de Emergencias y Administración de Desastres asks residents and businesses to plan a generator before the season. A practice holding stock should put its freezer on a generator circuit or an alarm that reaches staff.

When a carton arrives, look for dry ice still in the shipper, write down the time and the lot number, and move the vials straight into the freezer. The manufacturer's handling instructions call for -20°C for long holding and 4°C once thawed. Leave the empty shipper in a ventilated spot, not a closed supply room, while the carbon dioxide escapes.

Rules that apply to a San Juan order

  • A practice operating in San Juan owes the Patente Municipal to the Municipio de San Juan under the Código Municipal de Puerto Rico. Article 7.207 requires a Declaración de Volumen de Negocio on or before the fifth working day after 15 April each year, and Article 7.208 sets payment in advance in two semiannual installments due 1 July and 2 January, with a 5% discount when the full amount is paid on filing. An automatic extension of up to six months is available; for the 2025 to 2026 patente the Oficina de Gerencia y Presupuesto set the extension request deadline at 23 April 2025.
  • Every new or existing nonresidential business in Puerto Rico needs a Permiso Único, filed through the OGPe Single Business Portal. It bundles the use permit, environmental compliance, the fire prevention certification and the sanitary licence, and it asks for proof that the applicant owns or lawfully leases the space. San Juan runs its own Oficina de Permisos, which decides use permits under powers transferred to the municipality, so a suite converted from another use becomes an account delivery address once that use permit is in hand.

Municipalities near San Juan with their own rules

Guaynabo borders San Juan to the west and collects its own patente through its Departamento de Finanzas and Centro de Recaudaciones Municipales. Its checklist for a provisional patente for a new business asks for an explanatory memorial with the start date in Guaynabo, the lease or deed, the use permit, the incorporation certificate, no-debt certifications from Hacienda and from the CRIM, and the state IVU merchant registration, and it reminds owners to notify the Director de Finanzas within 30 days of starting, under penalty of a fine of up to $500. A San Juan patente does not cover an office in Guaynabo.

San Juan and Condado questions

Our Condado office is on Ashford Avenue and NWS San Juan has just posted a tropical storm watch. Should we still expect a frozen carton?
A watch can hold air cargo bound for San Juan before it leaves Florida, and once the island is under a warning the last miles can stop as well. Tell us whether the office will open on the expected day; if the carton reaches your Condado address with its dry ice used up, we ship a fresh one, and other late arrivals are settled by checking that the material stayed temperature-controlled from Florida onward.
Power went out at our Hato Rey building while vials were in the freezer. What should we check before using them?
Find out how long the freezer stayed off and read its alarm or thermometer log, then follow the manufacturer's handling instructions, which give -20°C for long holding and 4°C after thawing. The 16 April 2025 blackout showed that a San Juan outage can reach every customer at once, so a generator circuit or remote alarm on the freezer is the practical fix before the next one.
We are moving our practice from Santurce to an office in Guaynabo. What needs to happen first?
Guaynabo is a separate municipality, so the new office needs its own provisional patente from the Guaynabo Departamento de Finanzas, with the lease, the use permit and the no-debt certifications on its checklist, and the San Juan patente does not carry over. Send us the use permit, the new address and the receiving contact, and the Santurce address stays active until moving day.
