Buying exosomes wholesale for Princeton practices
A licensed Princeton practice whose wholesale account has been verified can order biomolecular signaling vesicles (exosomes) for topical aesthetic use by licensed practitioners; every carton is packed frozen in Florida and travels the New Jersey lane into Mercer County. Our 503A pharmacy partner is licensed to dispense into New Jersey, which lets a prescriber on Nassau Street or North Harrison Street send it a prescription for one named patient; the partner compounds that preparation and mails it from Texas, never inside an exosome carton.

When an order reaches a Princeton practice
Cartons for Princeton come off the New Jersey lane and arrive within the transit window the panel above shows, and the slow miles are usually the state roads to the south. NJDOT is replacing the bridge that carries Princeton Pike over I-295 in Lawrence, a $19.7 million federally funded project due to finish in summer 2027. The I-295 northbound Exit 68B ramp to Princeton Pike southbound stays closed, with traffic sent on to Exit 69 and Route 206, and lane closures for beam removal ran at night from 28 September to 2 October 2026.
Inside the municipality, Princeton Engineering posts a weekly construction and traffic update. For the week of 12 October 2026 it listed milling on John Street and Race Street on 15 October with paving on 19 October, milling on Clay Street and Birch Avenue on 16 October, and alternating traffic on Terhune Road between Mount Lucas and North Harrison Street.
Snow is the winter risk. Trenton Mercer Airport recorded 16.4 inches over 22 and 23 February 2026 and still had 11 inches on the ground two days later. A Princeton prescription for one patient travels on its own, compounded by the pharmacy partner and posted from Texas to the practice or to that patient.
Cold-chain receiving at a Princeton address
Tell us whether a Princeton carton goes to a Witherspoon Street storefront, a Nassau Street suite or a building with a rear entrance, and name the person who signs. Chapter 14 of the municipal code bars any vehicle from standing unattended in a designated fire lane, so name a legal stopping point for the driver. Early July is the hard stretch: Trenton Mercer Airport reached 101°F on 2 and 3 July 2026, so a box should not wait on a porch or loading step.
The municipality's Everbridge alerts warn of storms and sudden closures; any Princeton office keeping vials on hand needs a freezer with backup power or an alarm that rings a staff phone at night. When the driver leaves, lift the lid to see that some dry ice remains, jot down the arrival time and lot, then put the vials in a freezer straight away. Following the manufacturer's handling instructions, keep stored vials at -20°C and thawed ones at 4°C. Open the box in a room where the carbon dioxide can disperse.
Rules that apply to a Princeton order
- The Bureau of Fire Safety at 363 Witherspoon Street requires every commercial, professional services or other non-life hazard use to register each year under Chapter 14, as amended by Ordinance 2019-13. The bureau inspects such uses at least every 24 months and charges by gross floor area: $50 below 1,000 square feet, $125 from 1,000 to 1,999 and $150 from 2,000 to 4,999. Failing to register carries a $250 penalty, and a new owner files a fresh registration within thirty days of a transfer.
- Building and Construction at 400 Witherspoon Street issues a final certificate of occupancy or approval only after a final inspection in each subcode, and inspection requests need at least two days of notice. The Zoning Office in the same building requires a zoning permit to erect, build or alter any structure, and business signs need one as well. A newly fitted Princeton suite joins the account once its certificate is issued.
- Since consolidation, the old Borough Code Chapter 14 applies across the whole municipality, so a suite in the former Township follows the same fire registration as one downtown.
Townships next to Princeton with their own rules
Lawrence Township, across Princeton Pike and Route 206 to the south, keeps its own permits. Its Zoning Office at 2207 Lawrenceville Road issues a Business Occupancy permit under section 1203.A.8 of the Land Use Ordinance for a $50 fee, and the holder must file a revised application before altering the business operation. Every Lawrence business also registers annually with the Lawrence Township Fire Marshal, at a fee set by the square footage it occupies. Princeton's fire registration and zoning permits do not cover a Lawrence address.
Princeton questions
- Our Princeton office is a block from Race Street, where milling and paving were posted for October 2026. Will that slow a frozen delivery?
- Only on the posted days. Princeton's weekly construction update listed milling on John Street and Race Street on 15 October and paving on 19 October, with alternating traffic and limited parking near the work. Read the update and the Nixle road closure alerts before ordering, and choose a delivery day that avoids the milling and paving dates on your block.
- Snow buried our Nassau Street suite after the February 2026 storm. Where does a carton bound for Princeton wait while the plows work?
- The parcel waits in the carrier network until plows open the route, and we watch its scans and update whoever you named to sign. Trenton Mercer Airport measured 16.4 inches over 22 and 23 February 2026, so getting a driver to a Nassau Street door is the real constraint, not warmth. Should the box land with no dry ice left, a replacement goes out; for a delay where dry ice remains, we look at whether the vials were held temperature-controlled all the way from Florida.
- We are moving our practice from Princeton to an office on Princeton Pike in Lawrence Township. What should we sort out first?
- Lawrence needs its own Business Occupancy permit from the Zoning Office at 2207 Lawrenceville Road, a $50 application, plus an annual fire registration with the Lawrence Fire Marshal. Check 511NJ for the Exit 68B detour, since NJDOT is rebuilding the Princeton Pike bridge over I-295 until summer 2027. Email us the Lawrence street address and the name of whoever signs at the new front desk; deliveries keep going to Princeton until moving day.
