Exosome supply for Franklin and Brentwood practices
Once its NPI and wholesale account are verified, a Franklin or Brentwood practice may buy biomolecular signaling vesicles (exosomes), sold for topical aesthetic use by licensed practitioners. Every order leaves Florida frozen and reaches Williamson County by carrier, since there is no local pickup point.

When an order reaches a Franklin or Brentwood practice
A frozen carton for a Franklin or Brentwood suite comes north from Florida by carrier, inside the transit window the panel above gives. Ice is the winter hazard on the last miles. FEMA dates the January 2026 storm from the 22nd to the 27th. The Franklin station read highs of 18°F on 26, 27 and 28 January, and its 26 January reading held 1.23 inches of precipitation.
Williamson County is among the counties named for both Individual and Public Assistance under that federal declaration, DR-4898, approved on 6 February 2026. Downtown Franklin also watches the Harpeth River. The City's flooding page links the USGS and National Weather Service gauges at Franklin. After the rain of 26 and 27 March 2021, it closed Pinkerton Park as the river rose.
When Williamson County EMA raises its Emergency Operations Center to Level 3, a partial activation, or Level 2, a full one staffed around the clock, read its alerts before ordering. A placed order leaves Florida as usual, and a carton that cannot reach your door waits in the carrier network until the route reopens. A suite expecting to close should time its order to arrive after it reopens.
Cold-chain receiving at a Franklin address
Both seasons at the Franklin station bear on a carton left unattended. July brings about 16 days at 90°F or hotter, so the shipper should pass from the driver straight to a freezer, never to a porch or a sunlit dock. In January, a practice should name a backup freezer before the ice season, in case power fails.
A Franklin or Brentwood office names one signer for the delivery window and a second for days it closes for weather. Whoever signs opens the shipper where carbon dioxide can vent, then logs the lot number, the arrival time and whether any dry ice is left. The vials are kept at -20°C long term, 4°C once thawed, following the manufacturer's handling instructions. A carton that arrives with no dry ice left is replaced, and other delays may be refunded depending on whether the exosome material stayed temperature-controlled.
Rules that apply to a Franklin or Brentwood order
- A business operating inside the City of Franklin obtains a City business license within 20 days of opening, through the Billing and Licensing Department's Customer Service office; confirm the current office location with the City of Franklin before visiting. It also needs a Williamson County license from the County Clerk at the Administrative Complex, 1320 West Main Street, Suite 135.
- Whether a medical practice is subject to Tennessee business tax, and so needs the business license, depends on its activities; confirm that status with the Tennessee Department of Revenue, City of Franklin Customer Service and counsel before opening.
- Every commercial business in Franklin needs a City alarm permit and pays an annual fee for it through the Records Department.
- The City of Brentwood requires a business tax license of every business located within its limits, with a $15 application fee. A Brentwood practice also obtains a license from the Williamson County Clerk's office, and a home-based one first needs a Home Occupation Permit from the Codes Department.
- Emergency alerts for a Franklin or Brentwood address come from Williamson County EMA through its Register for Alerts page. In a declared disaster the county agency works with TEMA and FEMA.
Towns beyond Franklin and Brentwood on the same lane
Nolensville and Thompson's Station are separately incorporated towns in Williamson County, so a clinic there answers to its own town hall as well as to the County Clerk. Spring Hill appears on the incorporated-city lists of both Williamson and Maury counties. A Spring Hill suite on the Maury side therefore falls under Maury County offices rather than Williamson County's. Nashville, north across the Davidson County line, runs under the Metropolitan Government's own licensing and emergency office, set out on its own page.
Franklin and Brentwood questions
- Our Franklin office is close to the Harpeth River. Which gauge should we watch before ordering in a wet spell?
- The City's flooding page links the USGS and National Weather Service gauges at Franklin. The National Weather Service sets minor flood stage there at 30 feet and major at 38 feet, and the record crest is 35.32 feet, on 2 May 2010. If the river is rising toward flood stage, wait to order until your street is open.
- Our practice is in Spring Hill on the Maury County side. Does it ship like a Franklin address?
- It travels on the same carrier lane from Florida. Spring Hill sits on both the Williamson and Maury county lists, though, so the county agencies, licensing office and emergency alerts for your suite may differ from Franklin's. Confirm which county your address falls in, and follow that county's emergency agency for weather holds.
- Williamson County EMA has raised its Emergency Operations Center level. Should our Brentwood practice still place an order?
- Level 4 means monitoring, Level 3 a partial activation and Level 2 a full activation staffed around the clock. An order placed during a Level 3 or Level 2 event leaves Florida as usual, and a carton in transit waits in the carrier network until roads reopen. If your Brentwood suite expects to close, order so the carton lands after you reopen.
