Buying exosomes wholesale for Big Sky and Bozeman practices
A licensed Bozeman or Big Sky practice whose wholesale account has cleared verification can order biomolecular signaling vesicles (exosomes) for topical aesthetic use by licensed practitioners. Each carton is packed frozen in Florida, rides the Montana lane into Gallatin County and, for a Big Sky address, makes its final climb up US 191 through Gallatin Canyon. Montana is among the states into which our 503A pharmacy partner holds a licence to dispense, so a Bozeman or Big Sky prescriber may route single prescriptions to that partner as well, and each preparation leaves Texas on its own, never packed with Gallatin County exosome stock.

When an order reaches a Big Sky or Bozeman practice
Bozeman sits at the open end of the lane, and Big Sky lies up Gallatin Canyon on US 191, the one highway between them. MDT kept that road busy in 2026. From 1 to 5 June, crews scrub sealed US 191 between mile markers 41.8 and 45 behind pilot cars while MT 64 ran one way for a chip seal between Plank Road and the US 191 junction, and on 23 and 24 June patching from the Lava Lake structure south to MT 64 added delays of 10 to 15 minutes. MDT has proposed Big Sky North, a rehabilitation of about 14 miles from mile marker 47.3 to 61.3, tentatively for 2026 if design and funds allow, and lists Spanish Creek Bridge, Lava Lake structures and canyon turnouts and passing lanes in its US 191/MT 64 Optimization Plan. 511mt.net shows live canyon conditions.
Spring storms arrive late here. On 16 April 2026 Bozeman Yellowstone International took 8.0 inches of snow a day after reaching 62°F. A Gallatin Canyon carton that meets a closure waits with the carrier for MDT to clear the road and then finishes the trip, so a Big Sky office planning a seasonal shutdown should order before its last open week.
Compounded preparations for Bozeman and Big Sky patients never ride in this canyon carton; the pharmacy partner prepares each one against its prescription in Texas and mails it to the prescribing practice or to the patient.
Cold-chain receiving at a Big Sky or Bozeman address
In a Bozeman business district, the owner fronting a paved sidewalk must clear its snow and ice by 9 a.m. of the next business day, by noon of the next non-business day, or within four business hours, whichever is shorter; other city sidewalks get until the end of the first day. A cleared walk lets the driver reach a downtown door after a storm. In Big Sky, give us the building name, the entrance and a recipient who will be on site in shoulder season.
Winter nights below 0°F are routine at the Bozeman airport, so the cold outside is no threat to a frozen carton; a box left on a Big Sky porch after a canyon delay is. Open it in a ventilated room, since the dry ice gives off carbon dioxide. Confirm pellets remain, write down the arrival time and lot, and put the vials straight into frozen storage. The manufacturer's handling sheet keeps Gallatin County stock at -20°C, and at 4°C once a vial has thawed.
Rules that apply to a Big Sky or Bozeman order
- Bozeman requires a business licence for occupations, professions and establishments run for profit on premises in the city, but BMC 12.02.040 exempts state licensed professions, medical professionals among them, unless they also offer other services such as retail sales. A commercial licence costs $75, lasts 12 months from the last day of the month it was processed, and needs a fire safety inspection of the location, booked with the fire department only after the application and fee are in. Moving to a new commercial location means a new application, a new $75 fee and a new inspection, and a certificate of occupancy for new construction does not count as that inspection. Community Development, on 406-582-2260, says where a business may legally operate.
- Big Sky's local tax body is the Big Sky Resort Area District, created after resort tax elections held on 13 April 1992 in Gallatin County and 21 April 1992 in Madison County. Under Ordinance 98-01, as revised in force from 13 December 2025, every business operating in the district registers with it each year, even one selling only Necessities of Life. Medicine and Medical Supplies and Services are on that list and exempt; the base rate on luxuries is 3 percent, with up to 1 percent more for infrastructure once voters approve it. Quarterly filers remit by the last day of April, July, October and January.
- Gallatin County Emergency Management issues hazard alerts for Bozeman and both county sides of Big Sky, while MDT's Butte District announces work on US 191 and MT 64.
Towns near Bozeman and Big Sky with their own rules
Belgrade and Livingston share the Montana lane with Bozeman, yet each licenses its own businesses. Belgrade asks anyone engaging in business within the city to license through its Cityworks Portal, uploading either a Secretary of State certification letter or every applicable state licence, and the licence expires on 31 December each year; its Planning Division answers zoning questions. Livingston, over in Park County, charges $100 a year for a local business licence under Resolution 5181, approved on 3 February 2026, with a $25 late penalty; it exempts state licensed professions such as medical professionals from the licence itself, but not from the fire safety inspection required of every business with public access. A Bozeman licence or a Big Sky district registration covers neither town.
Big Sky and Bozeman questions
- Our Big Sky office is just up MT 64 from the US 191 junction. What happens if Gallatin Canyon closes while our carton is on the way?
- The carrier keeps the carton until MDT reopens US 191, and we follow its tracking and call your receiving contact; 511mt.net shows the canyon status. If it reaches your Big Sky door with no dry ice left, we send a fresh one. For any other delay up the canyon, we check whether the material held its controlled temperature all the way from Florida and settle the shipment on that basis.
- We are opening a suite on Main Street in downtown Bozeman. Does the city need to license us before the first delivery?
- Bozeman exempts state licensed medical professionals from its business licence under BMC 12.02.040 unless the practice also offers other services such as retail sales. A practice that does need one pays $75 and books a fire safety inspection of the suite. Either way, tell us the Main Street suite number and who on staff signs for the frozen box.
- Our Big Sky clinic only bills for clinical services. Do we still have to register with the Big Sky Resort Area District?
- Yes. Ordinance 98-01 asks every business operating in the district to register each year, including those selling only Necessities of Life, and Medical Supplies and Services fall in that exempt group. Registration is free on the district's portal, and keeping it current lets us list your Big Sky building as an account delivery address.
