When an order reaches a Bellevue or Medina practice

We never pause a confirmed order for a closure or a storm, so a Bellevue office that expects to be dark should order after its power and staff are back. Compounded preparations move on their own track, made up against each prescription and sent from Texas by the pharmacy partner to the clinic or the patient.
Cold-chain receiving at a Bellevue address

- The state business license, with its Unified Business Identifier, comes from the Department of Revenue's Business Licensing Service. A business needs one when it requires city, county or state endorsements or when its gross income reaches $12,000 a year.
- Bellevue asks a business physically located in the city to confirm with Development Services that the site is zoned for its activities, and tenant improvements call for building and land use permits. A newly fitted Bellevue suite goes on the account as a delivery address once that work is signed off.
- Medina began licensing businesses on 26 March 2026 under Ordinance 1046. Anyone doing business inside city limits, with or without a place of business there, holds a Medina endorsement issued through the Department of Revenue, at $100 to originate and $100 each year, with the fee waived below $4,000 of Medina revenue.
Cities around Bellevue and Medina with their own licences
Kirkland, Redmond and Mercer Island share the Washington lane with Bellevue, and each licenses businesses through a Department of Revenue endorsement rather than FileLocal. Kirkland sets its fee by gross income and by the employees working inside the city: nothing under $20,000, then $100 plus $130 for each employee. Redmond wants a general business license endorsement from every business engaged in business within its limits, and an outside business grossing under $4,000 there still applies but pays no fee. Mercer Island charges $30 to originate and $30 to renew. ALERT King County covers all of them, and Seattle, across the lake, has its own page.
