Cold-Chain Priority Shipping
Free temperature-monitored shipping on every order.
Biologics require cold-chain fulfillment with insulated packaging, gel packs, and expedited transit. At Enterprise and Elite Partner tiers, cold-chain shipping is included at no additional charge — a $75 to $150 savings per shipment for high-volume practices.
Net 30 Terms
Pay 30 days after delivery instead of at checkout.
Elite Partners with approved credit can convert from checkout-at-purchase to invoiced Net 30 terms. This preserves working capital, aligns purchase timing with patient billing cycles, and simplifies procurement accounting for multi-location groups.
Quarterly Rebate
2–3% back on cumulative spend when commitment met.
Enterprise tier earns a 2% rebate and Elite Partners earn 3% on cumulative quarterly spend when the annual commitment threshold is met. Rebates are credited to the account for future purchases or refunded on request at year-end.
Priority Lot Allocation
First access when Kimera has limited supply.
Biologic manufacturing runs on scheduled lots and occasionally has limited availability. Volume tier and above receive priority queue access when Kimera has constrained supply, ensuring protocol continuity for practices that have standardized on the product line.
Clinical Consult Credits
Direct time with our chemist and clinical team.
Access to our in-house chemist and clinical team for protocol review, supplier documentation questions, and staff training. Volume tier receives one hour per quarter, Enterprise receives two, and Elite Partners receive four. Sessions are scheduled on demand.

Submit NPI, DEA if applicable, and practice information. Approval takes 24 to 48 hours. All tiers require an approved wholesale account.
