Where it fits in your suite

Practices place the concentrate as the finishing step of a session where an autologous preparation is preferred, and choose the format by the EV count the session calls for.

  1. After device sessions

Applied topically once microneedling or laser work is complete.

  2. Hair and scalp sessions

Applied topically to the scalp as the finishing step of a session.

  3. Orthopedic and sports practices

Placed by the licensed practitioner within the scope their state statute permits.

This describes where practices place it in a session, not what it does. Whether and how it is used is the licensed practitioner's decision.

What sets it apart

  • Per-patient processing

Each box is prepared from one patient's collection and returned to the collecting practice.

  • Certificate of analysis per preparation

A certificate of analysis detailing sterility and nanoparticle count is issued for every preparation and provided on request.

  • FDA-registered processing

Processed in an FDA-registered facility that removes red blood cells and leukocytes before concentration.

  • Kit and return logistics

The kit ships by ground courier with an overnight upgrade available; the concentrate returns on cold chain.

What's in the vial

Autologous EV Concentrate begins with the patient's own platelets, collected chair-side in the practice and processed in an FDA-registered facility, which removes red blood cells and leukocytes and concentrates the platelet-derived extracellular vesicle fraction. It is supplied as a kit in three formats: 100 billion EV across eight 2.0 mL vials, 200 billion EV across four 2.0 mL vials and 400 billion EV across two 1.0 mL vials, each count as stated by the manufacturer.

Platelet-derived extracellular vesicles carry the growth factors and microRNA native to the platelet. Because the material is the patient's own, each box is prepared per patient and returned to the practice that collected it.

A certificate of analysis detailing sterility and nanoparticle count is issued for every preparation and provided on request.

Regulatory & handling

Collected chair-side and processed per patient; the kit ships by ground courier with an overnight upgrade available, and the processed concentrate returns on cold chain. Because the preparation is autologous, it is returned only to the practice that collected it. It is not a drug product and is not intended to prevent, treat or cure any disease. Whether and how it is used is the licensed practitioner's decision.

Frequently asked questions

How does the kit process work?
The practice collects the patient's platelets chair-side using the kit, and the collection ships to the processing facility by courier. The facility removes red blood cells and leukocytes, concentrates the EV fraction and returns the vials on cold chain; the certificate of analysis stating sterility and nanoparticle count is provided on request.
How is pricing shared?
Pricing is released to registered, verified practices and is never printed on the site. Request practice pricing for any format and it is sent by email within one business day, and the current lot certificate of analysis is provided on request. Registering a clinic is free and opens wholesale pricing by volume inside your account.
What documentation ships with an order?
Every vial carries its lot number, and a Certificate of Analysis is issued for every lot and provided on request. Practices with their own documentation requirements should raise them at account setup so we can confirm what we are able to supply before a first order ships.
How should this material be handled on arrival?
Check the temperature indicator included with the shipment before the vials go into storage, and move them to their storage condition promptly. If the indicator reads outside range, contact us before use rather than storing the shipment. Storage and handling conditions follow the manufacturer's handling instructions, which ship with each order.
Who can open a wholesale account?
NPI-verified licensed practitioners. Verification happens before pricing is released, and professional licensure is confirmed for the destination state before a first order ships.
What is the regulatory status of this material?
No exosome product has been approved by the FDA for administration to humans. Material is supplied for topical aesthetic use in clinics and for medical, molecular biology and biochemistry research applications, and is not a tissue product as defined by FDA guidelines. Whether and how it is used in a given session is the licensed practitioner's decision.
