Exosome supply for Myrtle Beach practices
A licensed Myrtle Beach practice can buy biomolecular signaling vesicles (exosomes) for topical aesthetic use by licensed practitioners once its NPI clears our wholesale account check. The material is shipped frozen from Florida and comes up the coast to Horry County by carrier.

When an order reaches a Myrtle Beach practice
A frozen carton reaches Myrtle Beach by carrier within the transit window the panel above gives. The City counts hurricane season from 1 June to 30 November. Evacuation orders come from the Governor and the South Carolina Emergency Management Division, not from the City, and the same state officials lift them.
An evacuation can turn US 501 into a one-way road out. The state plan allows four northbound lanes from SC 544 to US 378 and from SC 22 to SC 576. Horry County warns that a driver inside a lane reversal cannot get out.
Crowds close streets as well. Over Memorial Day weekend the City has run Ocean Boulevard southbound only between 29th Avenue North and South Kings Highway, from Friday morning to Monday morning. A placed order leaves Florida as usual, so a carton the driver cannot hand over waits with the carrier until the address can receive.
Cold-chain receiving at a Myrtle Beach address
A practice on or near Ocean Boulevard should give us a side or rear entrance for a delivery due on Memorial Day weekend. Drivers can then reach the boulevard only southbound, from signalized intersections on Kings Highway. Summer at the Myrtle Beach station averages an 87.4°F July high, which still melts dry ice in a closed car or on a sunny step.
With nearly 13 January nights at or below freezing, an unheated storage room after hours is no place to leave a carton either. The named signer takes it straight from the driver, confirms dry ice remains and notes the arrival time and lot before the vials go into a freezer. Following the manufacturer's handling instructions, a Myrtle Beach practice holds exosome material at -20°C long term and thawed vials at 4°C. A carton with no dry ice left is replaced, and other delays may be refunded depending on whether the exosome material stayed temperature-controlled.
Rules that apply to a Myrtle Beach order
- A practice confirms with the City's Business License Division, at the City Services Building, 921 North Oak Street, whether it needs a City business license. The Zoning Administrator reviews every application to confirm the business may operate at its location, and the Fire Inspector or other departments may also sign off.
- City licenses renew by 30 April. A renewal received or postmarked on 1 May or later carries a penalty of five percent of the license fee for each month or part of a month until paid.
- Each Memorial Day weekend the City Manager signs an Executive Order declaring an Extraordinary Event. A practice near Ocean Boulevard reads that order and the City's traffic notice before ordering for that week.
- For return after an evacuation, follow the instructions Horry County Emergency Management issues at the time, and its Public Information Phone System at 866-246-0133 when activated.
Towns along the Grand Strand outside Myrtle Beach
North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach take the same carrier lane but sit outside the City of Myrtle Beach and its license, and they evacuate by different roads. North Myrtle Beach evacuates by SC 9 to I-95, while Surfside Beach leaves by SC 544 to US 501 and Conway. The state plan sends Garden City Beach south on US 17 through Georgetown. Charleston, further down the South Carolina coast, has its own page.
Myrtle Beach questions
- Our practice is just off Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. How does Memorial Day weekend change a delivery?
- The City has run Ocean Boulevard southbound only from 29th Avenue North to South Kings Highway, from Friday morning to Monday morning of that weekend. A driver may still reach you, but slowly. Have stock on hand before that Friday, or place the order so it is due the following Tuesday, and give us a rear entrance if you have one.
- Lane reversal is in effect on US 501 during an evacuation. Can a frozen order still reach our Myrtle Beach office?
- Plan on the carton waiting. While US 501 runs northbound in all lanes from SC 544 to US 378 and from SC 22 to SC 576, it serves traffic leaving the coast. An office under an evacuation order also has no one to sign. The carton stays with the carrier. If it then arrives with no dry ice left we replace it, and other delays may be refunded depending on whether the material stayed temperature-controlled.
- Our Myrtle Beach practice is in Horry County Zone B. When should we stop placing new orders before a hurricane?
- Once an evacuation order names Zone B, or Zone A ahead of it, hold new orders until you are back. Look up your address on the Know Your Zone map before the season starts, and sign up for MB Alerts. Keep the named signer on your account current for after re-entry. Orders already in transit stay with the carrier until your suite reopens.
