Exosome supply for Cincinnati practices
A Cincinnati practice on a verified wholesale account can order biomolecular signaling vesicles (exosomes) for topical aesthetic use, which leave Florida frozen and reach Hamilton County by carrier. Cincinnati prescribers can route individual prescriptions to our 503A pharmacy partner, which holds an Ohio nonresident license and compounds and ships each one from Texas on its own timing.

Timing an order to a Cincinnati practice
Exosome material comes to Cincinnati on the Ohio carrier lane within the transit window in the panel above, and the Ohio River sets the hold most particular to the city. At 52 feet on the city gauge, sections of Kellogg Avenue from east of Delta Avenue toward Coney Island flood, along with parts of Humbert Avenue in the East End. At 55 feet stretches of Kellogg Avenue close, and the river reached a preliminary 60.91 feet on 7 April 2025.
Snow emergencies come from the Hamilton County Sheriff. At Level 3, all or certain county roads close to everyone except emergency and essential travelers. A placed order leaves Florida as usual in snow or high water, and a carton already moving waits with the carrier until the route reopens. An East End practice should time orders around a forecast crest.
A compounded preparation never rides with the exosome carton. The pharmacy partner fills each one against a single prescription in Texas and ships it to the clinic or the patient as the formulation allows, so ask us first.
Receiving frozen cartons at a Cincinnati address
A suite cut off by backwater flooding or closed under a snow emergency cannot sign, and an unopened carton keeps losing dry ice. Keep a named signer, a second contact, and the entrance a driver should use when Kellogg Avenue is under water in the account's delivery instructions. Summer heat matters too, with Lunken Airport averaging 9.6 July days at 90°F or above.
The signer opens the carton where air moves freely, because sublimating dry ice gives off carbon dioxide. They confirm dry ice remains, then log the arrival time and lot number before the vials go to a freezer. Exosome material in a Cincinnati freezer sits at -20°C for long-term storage and moves to 4°C only once thawed, per the manufacturer's handling instructions. A carton delivered to Cincinnati with its dry ice gone is replaced, and any other late delivery may be refunded depending on whether the exosome material stayed temperature-controlled.
Cincinnati income tax, occupancy and snow level rules
- Cincinnati's income tax has been 1.8% since 2 October 2020. Every resident engaged in business files a city return whether or not tax is due. Nonresidents who work or do business in Cincinnati must also file a city return whether or not tax is due, and new accounts open through the Income Tax Division at 805 Central Avenue, Suite 600.
- The Department of Buildings and Inspections issues a certificate of occupancy once all final inspections are approved, under Section 1101-37. A temporary conditional occupancy can be granted first, for up to 90 days and then renewable every 30 days. A new Cincinnati suite should not be listed as a delivery address until it holds a certificate of occupancy or a temporary one.
- Hamilton County snow emergency levels rest on Ohio Revised Code 311.07 and 311.08. Besides Alert Hamilton County, the City of Cincinnati runs its own CincyAlert registration for city emergencies.
Places near Cincinnati with different rules
Blue Ash shares the Ohio lane and Hamilton County, so the same Sheriff's snow levels apply, but it taxes separately. Its 1.25% income tax covers wages and business net profits, and a new business returns the city's registration form within 30 days. Covington sits across the river in Kentucky, where Riverside Drive begins to flood at 53 feet on the Cincinnati gauge, and Kentucky state rules apply there.
Cincinnati questions
- Our practice is on Kellogg Avenue in Cincinnati's East End. How does an Ohio River flood affect our deliveries?
- Watch the Cincinnati gauge forecast. At 52 feet sections of Kellogg Avenue east of Delta Avenue flood, and at 55 feet stretches close, so a carrier may not reach your door. Order before a forecast crest or after the water drops, and give us a second entrance or a backup address. A carton that arrives with its dry ice gone is replaced.
- The Hamilton County Sheriff has declared a Level 3 snow emergency. Can a carrier still reach our Cincinnati office?
- Probably not on closed roads. At Level 3, all or certain county roads close to everyone except emergency and essential travelers, so a carton bound for Cincinnati waits in the carrier network. The tracking number shows your named signer where the carton is held, and once the level drops the delivery resumes. If the dry ice is gone on arrival, we replace the exosome material.
- Our second office is in Blue Ash. Do we register for its 1.25% income tax?
- Blue Ash levies its own 1.25% income tax on wages and business net profits, separate from Cincinnati's 1.8%. It asks a new business to return its registration form within 30 days. The Hamilton County Sheriff still sets snow levels for both offices.
