What's in the vial
Luxir+ is a concentrated formulation of the Luxir MSC exosome platform. Each 1.0 mL vial contains approximately 3 trillion microvesicles, three times the baseline density of Luxir, suspended in normal saline with high-potency amino acids.
The amino acid matrix supports vesicle stability during handling and reconstitution. Vesicles are characterized by NanoSight NTA and dSTORM imaging with lot-specific documentation.
Same cGMP manufacturing pipeline and single-donor perinatal MSC source as Luxir; batch traceability from cell bank through fill-finish.
Because the concentration step changes vesicle density rather than the source material, Luxir+ and Luxir are comparable lot to lot on the same measurements. A practice evaluating the two can read NanoSight NTA particle counts, dSTORM imaging, HPLC and RNA quantification from each product's Certificate of Analysis and compare them directly, rather than reasoning across two different characterization methods.
The higher loading is a property of the supplied material, not a direction for use. How much of any lot is appropriate in a given session, and whether the material is appropriate at all, is the licensed practitioner's decision.
