How Your Health Information Is Handled
Consultations are conducted by independent licensed providers on their own platforms, and each provider is responsible for the health information it collects. ExaVeyra Sciences is a wholesale supplier, not a HIPAA covered entity, and does not host or record consultations. Where a covered entity asks us to handle Protected Health Information on its behalf, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before that work begins. The details are on our HIPAA Compliance page.
For more details, see our HIPAA Compliance page.

Telehealth FAQs
- What is included in a telehealth consultation?
- A telehealth consultation with ExaVeyra typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes. Our specialists review your health goals, medical history (if shared), and answer questions about regenerative medicine options, including peptide therapy, exosome applications, and longevity optimization. We provide education and care coordination; treatment decisions are made with your treating physician.
- Is my health information protected?
- Your consultation takes place on the independent provider's own platform, and that provider is responsible for the health information it collects during it. ExaVeyra Sciences is a wholesale supplier and is not a HIPAA covered entity. What we collect ourselves on this site, and how we protect it, is described on our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Compliance pages.
- Do I need a physician referral?
- A referral is not required to schedule a consultation. However, ExaVeyra does not prescribe medications or provide direct treatment. Our consultations are for education, protocol guidance, and care coordination. Any treatment plan should be implemented under the supervision of your treating physician.
- What states do you serve?
- ExaVeyra is headquartered in Miami, FL, and refers individuals to independent telehealth providers, who can only see patients in the states where they hold a license. That footprint is limited and changes, so we will confirm whether a provider is available in your state before referring you.
